I want every mother to feel listened to, valued and supported throughout their journey to motherhood and I believe that this path starts with great birth preparation.

Everyone deserves to be given unbiased and evidence-based information in a non-judgemental environment, so that they can make informed decisions about their birth that are right for them and their baby. I want to empower families to seek out the birth they want; to enable them to confidently navigate antenatal appointments, to ask questions, to make informed choices about their care and ultimately, to reach a positive birthing experience.
I know the difference a well-supported birth can make to early parenthood and maternal wellbeing, and I hope to meet you at one of my classes soon. Everyone is welcome.
